First: it's free! It's the seller's responsibility to pay the agents at closing. You are basically getting free work done for you!

Second: You would have someone searching diligently for properties that fit your desires. That process can be time consuming and stressful doing it all by yourself.

Third: Your agent would have access to properties that have not yet been posted online. With a massive network of agents, they can find properties for you before anyone else knows about them!

Fourth: Without knowing the current market stats, negotiating can be really tricky. The knowledge the agent has of the market will help you find the best deal.
